Daurfusu is a 37-member farmer group in the Dukurai village community led by Simiao Pedro de Deus. A highly skilled producer, quality officer, educator, and community figure, Simiao's coffee has also earned top accolades in Timor coffee quality competitions. The lots that make up this selection are processed at the individual farmer level, often utilizing traditional local techniques such as gum-wood and hammered tin pulpers, 36-hour fermentation in bags or buckets, and drying on tarpaulins.

This natural-processed selection offers unique notes of pineapple, rum, and browned butter.
