Renardo “Nayo” Ovalle Vides follows his grandfather Jorge’s footsteps, building on his family’s passion for coffee that started back in the late 50’s. Jorge planted his first farm in 1958 in La Libertad, Huehuetenango. Today, Nayo and his wife Jaqueline, who is a Q grader, work with a team of coffee professionals to run a total of six farms and manage a state-of-the-art lab in Guatemala City.
