This is a fully washed coffee, sourced from the growing region of San Jose de los Andes, Santa Barbara in Honduras and was produced by Porfirio at 1,650 - 1,700 meters. This coffee goes through an extended fermentation of 20-24 hours before washing and is made up 100% of the Pacas variety.
