La Pradera is a rich and wonderfully balanced coffee grown by Oscar Daza in Aratoca, seated in the Santander Department of Northeast Colombia. It's special qualities can be attributed to high altitude and extreme care in the processing and milling. This washed coffee goes through 20-24 hours of fermentation before being sent to parabolic drying beds. You don't have to sacrifice quality when drinking this decaffeinated coffee.
