This offering comes from a single producer, Melaku Negash, whose high elevation farm, located around 2000 meters above sea level, benefits from plentiful rainfall, fertile soil, and rich biodiversity. These environmental factors, along with the inherent traits of indigenous heirloom varietals and quality-focused harvesting and processing practices, make for an exceptional coffee that is emblematic of the region.
