This coffee is available as Drip roast profile only.
As the specialty coffee sector has grown, rare coffee varietals have become increasingly desirable for professionals and casual consumers alike. One such varietal, Sidra, has blossomed in popularity in recent years, particularly among coffee competitors, but little is definitively known about its origins. While widely believed to originate from the Pinchincha province of Ecuador as a hybrid of Bourbon and Typica, genetic testing has also revealed similarities to Ethiopian heirloom varieties.
This selection combines washed and natural process Sidra lots from Marco Marocho and Vincente Gaona, highlighting the prized varietal's exceptional sweetness and complexity.
In the cup, look for notes of mixed berry pie, passionfruit custard, and mango.
