This offering is the product of over 10 years of collaboration and friendship between acclaimed producer and exporter, Benjamin Paz, and the founder and owner of Coava Coffee Roasters, Matt Higgins.

Benjamin and Matt worked together to plant rare, sought after varietals at one of Benjamin’s farms, La Salsa, in the El Cedral highlands of Honduras, which boasts unique growing conditions that result in an extended cherry maturation period. Named for the beautiful but fierce wild cats that roam the nearby forests, the resulting coffee is truly elegant, bursting with lush tropicality and layered complexity.

In the cup, look for notes of tamarind, brown sugar, and pink peppercorn.
