Toddy Cold Brew
The Toddy brewing system was developed in 1964, and is the standard for "cold brewing", although it can also be heated up after brewing in order to be served hot. The lack of heat for extraction means a longer time to brew (12-24 hours), but also excludes high acidity content, which some people prefer. This set up is easy to use, durable, and can make up to 7 cups of coffee concentrate for storage (store in the glass decanter and lid included) in a refrigerator, and diluting it to taste means the final amount you will get from each batch varies. At the very least, one can expect to double the concentrate amount.
