Yacurí is one of several astonishingly biodiverse natural reserves contained within the La Sierra border region of Ecuador’s two southernmost provinces, Loja and Zamora Chinchipe.

This offering brings together lots from second- and third-generation coffee producers located on the outskirts of this area who utilize agroforestry systems that emphasize low-impact environmental stewardship. Combined with the inherited knowledge of their forbears and a newfound focus on quality, these farmers are forging a legacy of high quality specialty coffee grown in harmony with their natural surroundings.

In the cup, looks for notes of Asian pear, white peach, and yuzu.
