This natural processed coffee comes from Koperasi Koerintji Barokah Bersama, a cooperative that sources from approximately 250 registered members. The co-op's well-established infrastructure allows them to focus on a meticulous approach to processing in various styles. This offering achieves a delicious flavor balance while expressing Sumatra’s unique regional personality.
Cindaku was our first venture into Sumatran coffee, now in its sixth season of being featured on our menu. It continues to be important to us to offer something representative of the region but counter to the typical wet-hulled process profile.
